What are my payment options?
We currently offer payment with PayPal which supports Visa, Master card and American Express, we will add more payment options in the near future.
How does the transaction appear on my bank statement?
The charge on your statement will appear as “Fair Tailor”.
My credit card transaction did not go through, what can I do?
You can solve this problem by emptying the cache and clearing cookies in your browser. Here are some helpful instructions.
My purchase has been declined, what is wrong?
Credit cards can be declined for various reasons. A card number, expiry date or CVC code may have been entered incorrectly. It is also possible that insufficient funds were available on the card at the time of processing.
If your purchase has been declined, please try re-entering your details. If it is still being declined, please contact your bank.
