- 1. Bring your garment to any local tailor and we will refund the alteration costs. Most fit issues can be adjusted by getting alterations done at a local tailor. We provide up to €75 in alterations credit for suit, and up to €25 per shirt. Refund will be provided within 30 days from the approved returning procedure and the garment returned. For additional details please refer to Returning Policy.
- 2. If the local tailor is unable to fix the problem, we will remake the garment at no additional charge. In this case, please contact us explaining the situation, motivating your request, and our team will assist you.
Where do I update my measurements once I get alterations done?
Log in into your profile and go to the section “my measurements”. Please note that you must update measurements on a product-specific basis. For example, if your chest measurements increase, you will need to update the chest measurement for both Jackets and Shirts. On the other hand, if you want longer shirt sleeves but like your jacket sleeve length just the way it is, you should only update your sleeve measurements for shirts.
Can I get full refund? How long does it take?
Refund is possible only if the garment can not be fixed. Full refunds will be issued to your account once the returned product has been received. Please allow 14 days from the date the return has been approved for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
Customers should make sure the garment to be refunded is not used, washed and damaged. Shipping cost will be covered by customer themselves. When shipping the garment back, please claim the package as “returned item” and value as “0” to avoid any unnecessary tariff/ custom fees.
